I have over 10 years experience of working within the health and fitness industry, and have worked for large chain health clubs as well as private health clubs.

I have been personal training for 10 years and have experience in training a wide variety of clientele with goals that include: sports specific training, improving posture, back pain management/prevention, core training, weight loss, and building muscle.

I also have experience in teaching a wide range of exercise classes including: spinning, aerobics, circuit training, body pump, and boxercise.

Why I do what I do

I do what I do simply because I LOVE IT! My one and only passion is health & fitness.

Being fit and healthy makes you look and feel great resulting in happiness and total wellbeing.

I love that fact that I can help, motivate and educate others in feeling good, looking good and being healthy and happy.

Interesting fact

I weighed 1 pound when I was born!!

What I enjoy

I enjoying exercising ‘obviously’ but running and doing a variety of resistance training is what I most enjoy, as well as boxing.

I enjoying helping others achieve their goals.

I enjoy reading and learning new things related to health and fitness.

I am also very creative and like to draw.

I love spending time with my family and friends.
