Fitness Boot Camp
For those who enjoy sharing exercising with a fun group Fitness boot camp is available to everyone, from exercise novices to those looking to take their capability to the next level.
A specialist programme has been developed that enables a range of abilities to exercise together. You will receive an all over body work out that challenges all of your body’s systems to increase your metabolism and decrease your waist line. So whether you are a seasonal boot-camper, or are ready and willing to join our dedicated clients that train all year round, the choice is yours!
Why are we different?
Our main focus is that all our fitness boot camp clients are having fun, enjoying the exercises and benefiting from the community aspect that we have worked hard to establish.
- We deliberately keep our groups small in number, so you get the most from the session.
- You won’t be a bib or a number but an individual who is part of something and treated as a person.
- Whilst we use the common term ‘boot camp’ so you can find us on-line, we’ve done our best to create something unique, friendly, fun and effective.
So if you’ve been thinking about joining a boot camp for a while but perhaps have been a little bit intimidated or worried about a military style approach, we offer a much more supportive alternative for you.
How much does it cost?
You may find some cheaper Boot Camps out there but you certainly won’t get such individual support from a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. We deliberately want to keep it small, fun, effective and supportive, so you can get the best from yourself in each and every session.
Sessions are booked in 6 week blocks at £45 (£7.50 per session).
When and where do they run?
Boot camps are currently run twice a week at a park in Sale, (15 minutes South of Manchester and 15 minutes North of Altrincham) throughout the year and are booked in 6 week blocks:
- Monday evening at 7pm
- Saturdays at 10am
However, we have Personal Trainers who can cover various towns and villages throughout Cheshire, Manchester and Merseyside and with as little as 6 people we can start a session near you! All we ask is that you fill in the form on the right to let us know what area you would like us to cover, and as soon as we have enough interest we can set it up. For example, we’ve recently had a number of enquiries from Northwich, Wilsmlsow and Wirral and just need a couple more enquiries to put these in place.

Different types of exercise work for different people. We hope our Boot Camp will be exactly what you’re looking for, but it might not. The best indicator of whether it will work for you is by coming along to a session to try it out. So we offer a free session to anyone who wants to come along and try it out.
Obviously we hope you’ll sign up to continue thereafter, but you’re under no obligation to do so. Just come along, and join in the fun, and make your mind up from there.
Boot Camp at Work or with Friends
Also if there are a group of at least 6 of you, be it friends or work colleagues, we can also set up a specific Boot Camp for just you and your group at a convenient location and time e.g lunch-times at work. Simply Contact Us if you’d like to arrange this or discuss what we can offer.
