For many of our clients time is precious, and a home (or work) visit from our personal trainers with their own fitness equipment means no travel time to the gym and back, and ensures a good motivational workout making the most efficient use of time.
We offer a professional, structured approach to personal training wrapped up in fun and enjoyment at a Manchester, Cheshire or Merseyside location that suits you. Before we start, you will receive a free consultation where you will discuss your primary goals with one of our fitness trainers.
Once we have a clear view of what is important to you, we will ensure we understand your current levels by completing two separate assessments, one focused on fitness and movement, and the other on nutrition and lifestyle. This will be followed by an in-depth goal setting session. All this information is then used to develop your individual fitness, health and lifestyle plan and if appropraite help towards any weight loss goals you may have.
Your progress will be monitored month by month and goals reframed to take you to the next level (where you want to be).
You will have at your disposal highly skilled personal trainer professionals, who have studied extensively in their field. A minimum of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 is required by our trainers; in many cases our personal trainers have also studied undergraduate and postgraduate courses to become specialists in their area.
All of the above can be delivered at a location to suit you, and personal training sessions can also be replaced with massage therapy, at times when you wish to focus on relaxation and well-being.
