Up and Running is a really friendly and helpful chain throughout the UK, with a shop based in the Triangle in Manchester that specialises in running shoes, clothes and accessories. There’s a great team in place and they can undertake a full Gait analysis in order to recommend the right training shoes that offer the comfort and support you need. Definitely worth a visit given the importance of having the right trainers (the most important item when it comes to being active!)
