At Lisa Foley Fitness we believe that the foods we choose to eat shape our lives. This is why optimal nutrition is at the forefront of our thoughts and actions.

That’s not to say you will find your self on a calorie restricted diet leaving your body feeling stressed (and you tired and hungry) fighting to get back to where it was before; but we will introduce you to a method of eating that is based on knowing how and why to make the right choices.

What we do

We assess your current nutrition intake and eating habits via a questionnaire and by asking you to complete a comprehensive Food Diary. We then utilise structured goal setting to understand what you want to achieve, and develop a personalised food programme that works for you. We continually refine your programme to ensure you remain motivated, happy and energised.

You will also learn to appreciate the art of moderation and gain an understanding how you can enjoy the occasional indulgence without it affecting your overall goals.

It’s important to us that we bring this to you by utilising the most credible and highly regarded nutritional advice in the industry, which is why we partner with the Food Doctor to offer the right support and evidence-based eating principles.

Nutritional Guidance and support comes as part of a Personal Training programme, or alternatively you can purchase a 4-week nutritional programme purely focused on helping you to develop life-long healthy eating habits, that you can in turn use to positively influence family and friends. You’ll receive the following:

  • 4 hour long sessions (once per week) providing 1-2-1 personal nutritional advice and support
  • A nutritional and lifestyle report
  • A Food Diary to help review your daily eating habits
  • A 2-week eating plan
  • A shopping list of foods to buy
  • Email / phone support outside of session times to help with motivatation and answer day-to-day queries

The cost of a 4-week nutritional programme is £140. If undertaking Personal Training this is all included in your overall nutritional and exercise programme.
