Well maybe not quite peanuts!… but we have hopefully been able to offer a range of services and levels that make training with a qualified Personal Trainer affordable, whatever your circumstances.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions can be bought as a block number of sessions per month. Assessments can be bought independently or if you are undertaking a personal training programme these will be undertaken within your sessions.

Massage therapy can also be purchased independently, or for personal training clients, can be flexibly utilised instead of a training session as and when you wish.

Prices below are per session, and are paid for in full at the beginning of each block. Sessions are generally booked as Block’s of 4, 8 or 12.

* Prices are based on home-based or outdoor training. If studio or gym sessions are required, prices are increased accordingly.
** For a limited period only!… Simply subscribe to our News and recieve the Nutrition and Lifestyle Questionnaire with your first LFF Noozle. Then complete and email to us and once payment is received we’ll send you your personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Report along with Nutritional Guidelines, Sleep Guidelines, Food Diary and our Ultimate Shopping List.

Group Training

Group training varies in price from £15.00 to £27.00 per person * per session, depending on the size of group. Small group training normally doesn’t exceed 5 clients to ensure the full benefits of working with our personal trainers are realised.

Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness Boot Camp is the most cost-effective way of gaining access to our qualified Personal Trainers. Sessions cost £7.50 per person, and are booked in Blocks of 4 or 8.
